The deal with Pala Interactive marks another headway for GeoComply in the regulated US market.
In a flash of good news for online gambling in the USA, the Californian iGaming company Pala Interactive has selected GeoComply to be its geolocation solution provider. GeoComply's specialization is in providing an accurate location verification device, something which is much needed in the newly regulated US online gambling market.
Geolocation Vital in the US
GeoComply's service will be needed to see to the state-specific online gambling rules in the US, which clicks with the needs of Pala Interactive. GeoComply has been granted license to operate in the state of Nevada in July; the law allows gambling only for those who are in the state and that's what GeoComply will need to secure.
Commenting on the deal, Pala Interactive CEO Jim Ryan said: "We are very pleased to have selected GeoComply as we feel that they offer the most comprehensive, reliable and user-friendly solution for compliance grade geolocation on the market".
GeoComply CEO Anna Sainsbury was excited about the deal as well, saying that this was further confirmation for the company's success in becoming a leader in the geolocation market.
GeoComply Storming US Market
Looking at GeoComply's other achievements, Sainsbury's certainly got a reason to be content. Apart for Pala Interactive, GeoComply has signed deals with other iGaming companies including Bally Technologies and bwin.party, which are also preparing for the US market. It remains to be seen if GeoComply will secure a license in New Jersey as well, as the company filed an application for a license back in August.
