Playscan Releases New Version

Playscan has released a new version of its innovative safe gambling behavioral analysis software, Playscan 4. With the help of Playscan 4, online gambling operators are able to monitor and detect unhealthy gaming habits among their players. 

Playscan 4 monitors the activity of every player in the operator's site, creating weekly risk analysis charts which are composed of the data gathered observing the player's gaming habits; the software specifies risk levels and players are notified whenever they change between these.

Diagnosing Escalating Gambling Risks

As opposed to previous versions which displayed a player's problematic behavior with red, amber and green symbols, the new Playscan 4 employs a new six-point scale which gives both site operators and the players themselves a chance to diagnose problematic gaming behavior more precisely and at earlier stages. With a more in-depth visualization of the process, the core of the shift in the gaming behavior can be pinpointed and then treated accordingly.  

Playscan 4 also offers new customization options which ease the process gaming operators go through with the software when monitoring their players' behavior; Playscan is now more adaptable to the specific brands and to the overall feeling of the sites.
