Published August 10, 2019 by Lee R
Playson is making it's move to major brand status by acquiring a diverse array of licenses and market qualifications.
Playson has solidified its standing in the Swedish market with full compliance certification that will make operations in that market far more efficient.
The Upgrade
Playson offerings have already proven popular in Sweden, with Playson certifying prominent titles such as Book of Gold: Double Chance; Wild Warriors; Rise of Egypt, and the incoming Timeless Fruit Slots series piecemeal since the establishment of regulated gambling in Sweden.
Streamlining Operations
Now, Playson has unified the process through completion of a rigorous security audit that tested Playson's engineering, integration and product departments.
The Qualification
The successful passage of the test has established Playson in compliance with Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) requirements in Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of LIFS 2018:8.
The Impact
The testing breakthrough in Sweden is an important step forward for Playson in establishing its commitment to compliance and long term sustainability in regulated markets.
Playson Spokesman Speaks
Playson Compliance Manager Liubomyr Bedratiuk affirmed that “Sweden is an important market for us and to have our offering made fully compliant is an important move for the company.”
Bedratiuk further commended the strength and agility of his organisation's infrastructure in establishing a precedent of quick reaction to change, while looking forward to “consolidating our presence in Sweden over the coming months.”
Playson's Expansion
The test further affirms Playson's status in the regulated European marketplace as well. Now in possession of a portfolio of 60+ HTML5 Omni-Channel games, distributed across offices in Malta and Ukraine along with licenses from the UKGC, ONJN and MGA, Playson is expanding its credibility in major international markets.
Outlook
The legitimacy of compliance in the new Swedish market can only help the cause of brand-building for Playson, and the unification of the testing process makes all new games Playson offers automatically compliant to streamline the Playson operations in the major market of Sweden as well.
