Playtech Wins Leading Developer Prize from eGR Italy

Playtech has emerged from the eGR Italy Awards with yet another honour to add to its glittering list of previous accolades. Hosted in Rome, the event saw the global provider of digital gaming software win the award for “Software Supplier of the Year”. The event was the first of its kind and Playtech already has a positive memory of the occasion.

As for recent strategic developments, the company reached an exclusive five-year deal with RCS Media Group to develop an online sports betting platform. Another important development was the July decision to create a unified online bingo network in which EuroBet, Snai, Sisal, and William Hill will all be brought together for Italian players to access. The final development to report is the acquisition of Aristocrat Lotteries, a provider of digital gaming solutions for interactive gaming terminals.
