8th International Gaming Awards Sponsored by Playtech

The International Gaming Awards have become the premier event in the iGaming calendar, and the 8th annual ceremony, sponsored by Playtech, takes place in London on 2nd February 2015.

Online casino games developer Playtech a the proud sponsor of the 8th annual International Gaming Awards (IGA), ceremony which will be held at London's Savoy Hotel on the 2nd of February 2015.

Gold Sponsorship From Playtech

As the biggest producer of online games, software and support services, Playtech is a natural fit as one of the Gold sponsors of next years International Gaming Awards. The founder of the IGA, Colin Thompson, has said of the announcement ''We are delighted to welcome Playtech as a Gold Sponsor to the prestigious International Gaming Awards. The awards recognise the very best in the global gaming entertainment and technology with Playtech a proven leader in the igaming market, and with a host of industry awards already under its belt. Playtech's support once again underlines the importance of the IGA event.''

Playtech was founded 15 years ago, and has built up strong partnerships with some 120 licensees across the world.

About the IGA Awards

This is one of the main events of the igaming year, with hundreds of delegates from across the industry attending. As well as the awards handed out to the most significant operators, they also host the industry's biggest charity event, with worthy causes including Care International and Children With Cancer benefitting from the proceeds raised on the night. 

The main awards include ones for Casino Operator of the Year, iGaming Software Supplier, Innovator of the Year, and best Mobile Operator. Nominations remain open until 8th November, with a panel of judges from across the industry deciding on the winners. This year, the team consists of 25 people, with Stella Dalton, Head of Business Development at GamCare, Shay Sergev, COO at Playtech, Roger Marris, CEO at the Ritz Club, and Gavin Isaacs, President and CEO at Scientific Games among the respected group.

Tickets are still available for this prestigious event, being held at one of London's foremost venues.
