Potential Online Partnerships of Ten Atlantic City Casinos

Atlantic City's twelve Casinos have all announced of their intentions to offer online gambling when New Jersey's online gambling regulations are implemented by the end of 2013. The casinos are required to announce their online partnerships by the 29th of July deadline, and so far ten out of the twelve have presented their potential partners, as shown below:

• The four Caesars entertainment casinos (Bally's, Caesars, Harrah's and Showboat) are partnering with 888 Holdings.
• Resorts Casino is partnering with Rational Group.
• The Trump Taj Mahal is partnering with Ultimate Gaming, which is known for being an online poker legislation pioneer - being the first authorized platform authorized after the new Nevada gambling regulations.
• Borgata is partnering up with Bwin.Party, the European online gambling giant.
• Golden Nugget is partnering with the veteran gaming company, Bally Techologies.
• Tropicana Casino is partnering up with the Gamesys group.
• Revel Atlantic City and Atlantic Club Hotel which are both hotel-casinos have yet to announce their future partners.

Testing Time for US Online Gambling Legislation

The partnerships are now to be inspected by New Jersey officials over the next few months by the application of the regulations, and there is no guarantee that they will be approved. This is a testing time for US online gambling legislation, to see if officials will pose difficulties for Atlantic City's casinos with their potential partners. If indeed this ordeal goes smoothly, this could be a great step for online gambling regulations in the US.
