€40,000 Donated by Pragmatic Play to Charities in Romania, Malta and GibraltarPublished September 29, 2021 by Florin P
Pragmatic Play steps up its efforts to promote European charities, with €40,000 donated to organizations in Malta, Gibraltar and Romania.
PragmaticPlay is one of the most active software developers in Europe and an important supplier of games to top casinos. Its presence in Romania, Malta and Gibraltar is particularly strong, as these are countries where the producer of casino games is also licensed. The company has a tradition in giving back to local communities and it comes as no surprise that these nations were chosen for the latest donations. A combined $40,000 was donated to good causes in these countries to help the dedicated charities.
Protecting Animals and Vulnerable People in Romania
Pragmatic Play has long partnered with the Homeless Animal Hospital foundation in Romania. Recently, the company donated an additional $7000 so the team can do its job even better. Company representatives visited the charity and were impressed by the dedication of the volunteers working here.
The other good cause that benefited from financial support is the ANAIS Association. It has a decade of experience in promoting and defending the rights of children, young people and abused women. The charity will be able to use the money to promote the rights of women at the highest levels of government.
Supporting Health Charities in Malta and Gibraltar
Pragmatic Play donated $5000 to the Step Up For Parkinson’s charity in Malta. The organization raises awareness and improves the lives of those who suffer from this disease. YMCA Malta also benefited from a generous donation of $10,000 that will be used to help members of the disadvantaged communities.
Calpe House in Gibraltar received a £11,000 donation to build a dedicated business suit in London. It will accommodate patients traveling here under the Gibraltar Health Authority and provide them with a place where they can work remotely while away from Gibraltar.
