Pragmatic Play Teams Up With Steve Sammut Nurminen for a Charity Ultramarathon

The ultramarathon runner will take up the incredible feat of running 365 km in just two and a half days to raise €10,000 for the Dr Klown charity.
Pragmatic Play, one of the leading game developers in the iGaming space, has teamed up with Steve Sammut Nurminen, an ultramarathon runner who will attempt a very difficult feat of running 365 km across Sicily to raise funds for the Dr Klown charity.
Steve's aim is to raise a total of €10,000 for the Dr Klown NGO that provides unique free services to hospitals across Malta and Gozo. The organization supplies clown doctors who have the required artistic and physiological training to provide entertainment for the kids being treated in these hospitals. These volunteers try to bring some much-needed joy and laughter to the young ones in need.
Pragmatic Play Rises to the Challenge
Steve Sammut Nurminen, who is also known by his Instagram handle 'MovewithSteve,' will be taking on this extraordinary challenge together with his experienced team, and the whole thing is fully sponsored by Pragmatic Play. Steve will try to cover the entire distance between Syracuse and Trapani in the space of just two and a half days.
Pragmatic Play CEO Julian Jarvis explains that Steve is very well known in the Maltese community for his numerous extraordinary feats, and the company is excited and honored that they can be a part of this latest challenge, a 365 km ultramarathon at the height of summer. He also used the opportunity to emphasize the importance of Dr Klown's work in Malta.
Extraordinary Undertaking for an Extraordinary Cause
While Steve is famous for his herculean undertakings, this will be by far his biggest challenge to date. He explains that this one will likely push him to his limits but that he is excited to embark on the journey and help raise as much funds as possible for a very worthy cause.
Steve Sammut Nurminen also stated that he was happy to be able to work with Pragmatic Play on this challenge, as the company is known for helping various charities in Malta and beyond through its CRS program.
The company and the ultramarathon runner share the same ethos and determination to succeed in their respective fields, which was essential in realizing this partnership.
Although Steve's run is fully sponsored by Pragmatic Play, everyone is welcome to join the initiative and donate money towards his goals. All gathered funds will go entirely to Dr Klown, a fantastic charity initiative dedicated to bringing smiles and joy to kids in hospitals.
