The Swissporarena in Luzren sees the national Swiss team taking on Peru for a pre-World Cup friendly game tonight (19:30 UK time).

Switzerland

By all accounts, Switzerland is the clear favorite for tonight's match. The Swiss have beaten Jamaica 1-0 in a friendly last Friday, and they are the only team in today's match-up which will be flying to attend the World Cup in Brazil later this month.

Long time manager Ottmar Hitzfeld will try to drive his team to make a greater impression tonight ahead of the Swiss' first meeting with Ecuador on June 15th. The German coach should be pretty pleased with his squad at the current moment, and it'll be interesting to see the performance displayed by forward Haris Seferovic. Peru

The obvious underdog for this match, Peru will miss the World Cup taking place on its own continent. The Peruvians were beaten 3-0 by England in the Wembley Stadium on Saturday's friendly match, with the biggest star of the match being defender Hansell Riojas who was hit by a very accurate paper pane launched and documented of course by one of the English fans. Manager Pablo Bengoechea will be hard pressed in finding a victory tonight against a motivated Swiss squad, but The Incas will look to restore some national pride after their game with England.
