Leeds is looking to make a run at a top 10 finish but struggling to win matches. They face Fulham tomorrow at 20:00 GMT.
Leeds and Fulham face off tonight to finish off Matchday 29 alongside Brighton vs. Newcastle. Fulham is in danger of dropping out of the Premier League if they don't gain some more traction, currently sitting in 18th place, but, Leeds fans are worried for their chances, as an announcement was recently made that had them cringing.
Leeds United fans went live on social media to announce their dismay after the news dropped that David Coote would be the referee for the match against Fulham.
They know that Coote is not a bad official, but, they are more worried about their record when Coote is at the helm. United has lost all three of their matches when Coote has been involved, including when he was the head referee against Tottenham and Wolves earlier in the season. Albeit, his decisions have not directly been responsible for those losses, but, Leeds fans are worrisome all the same.
Seeking the Top Ten
Leeds United is now in 12th place with 36 points and has a chance to take over the 11th spot from Crystal Palace with a win or a draw tonight. United has just one win in its last five matches but managed to hold Chelsea to a scoreless draw last weekend.
Let's face it, Leeds is the better team but as they are still seeking their first win of the month, head coach Marcelo Bielsa has discussed just how important a win is.
