In order to grab the products, bingo fans need to acquire as many bingo stars as possible within their special VIP program.

Bingo Shop access is granted according to the VIP level and a timeframe grid, as follows:

•           Bingo Platinum Level - users are allowed at 1 product/year
•           Bingo Princess Level - users are allowed at 2 products purchased/year
•           Bingo Queen Level - users are allowed at 4 products/year
•           Bingo Champion Level - users are allowed at 6 products/year
•           Bingo Master Level - users are allowed at 12 products/year

The players who are of a minimum Platinum level can start their claims on their birthday, and all following purchases can only be made at equal intervals of time. There are a certain number of gifts that can be claimed during a year, based on the user's VIP level.
