Soccer League Championships: Leeds vs MiddlesbroughPublished February 15, 2016 by Sol FH
Can Boro regain top spot on the table in the race for the Premier League? Tune in tonight at 19:45 GMT.
Middlesbrough have an incredible chance to get back on top of the Championship League, if they can win at Leeds tonight. Aitor Karanka's side have lost that spark, which propelled them to the top of the table in December, having not won a game in their last four. To make matters worse, Boro travel to Elland Road, a stadium in which they haven't won since 2011. Tonight will be an incredible match with both teams in need of a win and bet365 Sports is offering live in play and pre match betting markets.
There is a small chance that Daniel Ayala will make an appearance tonight for Boro, as the Spaniard has yet to prove his fitness. Karanka will not play Ayala until he is 100 percent sure he has healed after an ankle knock he suffered last weekend against Blackburn. Boro will also be without George Friend at left-back, which means that Ritchie De Laet should get the start.
Leeds are in no better shape as they will be without striker Chris Wood, Alex Mowatt, Sol Bamba and Alex Mowatt. Leeds are in 16 spot on the table and 21 points behind Middlesbrough, without a chance of making the Premier League this year.
No matter how you look at it, Boro are not playing well right now and they have not won at Leeds for some time. A win tonight would definitely strengthen Boro's spine and have them looking like a team fit for the Premier League, but only time will tell.

Punters have excellent opportunities to make lucrative cash ahead of, and during tonight's match. Prior to first touch, Boro are outright favorites at 2.10, while Leeds can win, but from the underdog position at 4.00. A draw is quite possible at 3.40, but Boro should win tonight and take back control over the top of the table.
