Mobile casino will be first launched for Europe's biggest online gambling market.

Microgaming-powered mobile gaming solutions provider Spin3 has presented its Italian mobile casino solution at the ENADA Spring International Amusement and Gaming Machine Show in the Adriatic coastal town of Rimini.

Italy's First Mobile Casino

Spin3 and Neomobile Gaming announced in January that they will launch the first ever mobile casino for Italian online gambling market. Under the deal, Spin3 will offer customers high quality casino games on smartphones such as the iPhone, Blackberry and Android devices.

Matti Zinder, head of Spin3, said, "With the current mobile technology developments, strong consumer demand and the new Italian regulation, there is an excellent opportunity to succeed with mobile gambling in Italy."

EU Gambling Reform

The public launch of the product comes as the Italian gaming market continues its revolution, as laws making online casino and poker cash games legal in the country finally came into full effect this month.

Italy is the biggest online gambling market in Europe, with revenue reaching €4.8 billion last year. With the inception of Italian mobile gambling, that figure is certain to grow rapidly in the near future.
