The Barclays: PGA odds at bet365 Sports

The Barclays begins today 12:30 GMT with outright odds from bet365 perfect for punters.
One of the biggest PGA events of the year is just about to tee-off from Farmingdale New York at the Bethpage State Park - Black Course. The stars of the circuit are out in full swing and looking to get their cut of the $8.5 million purse at stake. The Barclays is an exciting 4-day tournament over a difficult course, but in the past the sport's best have been able to shoot relatively low-scores even with the deceptive greens.
The big story for this competition is that whomever wins is pretty much guaranteed a spot in the Tour Championship, which takes place three tournaments from now. That is a lot of pressure for those on the bubble and if players have low FedEx Cup points, they should be focused on taking top spot in Farmingdale. "Everyone's got their mind on East Lake," said Justin Rose in an interview a couple days ago. "Everyone knows how the FedExCup is structured. Everyone knows they are in the top five going into The Tour Championship, you've got that opportunity to win it. So everyone's vying for position now."
Last year it was Jason Day that won first place, but the last few years have seen Hunter Mahan, Adam Scott, Nik Watney and Dustin Johnson win respectively. It should be a great four days of golf to watch and punters have a ton of odds to choose from at bet365 Sports.
Live Odds and Outright Wagers
bet365 Sports offers punters a lot of choice when it comes to Golf. This is definitely the same for the Barclays. Out in front to win the tournament is Jason Day, defending champion at 8.00. He is followed closely by Dustin Johnson at 10.00 and Rory McIlroy at 12.00. Henrik Stenson is in fourth place at 13.00 and Jordan Speith is right there at 15.00. The odds jump from 23.00 to 36.00 amongst players that have a decent chance of winning, but it will most likely be one of the tour leaders taking the top prize in this one.
