Swedish lawmakers are eyeing re-regulation of the online gaming market in the summer of 2018. As it stands, the majority of lawmakers in Sweden are in favour of re-regulation. If passed, re-regulation will become effective on 1 January 2019.
One of the leading authorities on the subject is Danish Chief Executive Officer of the DOGA (Danish Online Gaming Association), Morten Ronde. He has over 2 decades of in-depth experience in the gambling industry. He was also responsible for drafting online gaming reform in Denmark.
