Today's Top Soccer Matches from Around the WorldPublished July 21, 2015 by Sol FH
Euro Soccer matches in Melbourne and in Shanghai featuring Man City vs Roma at 11:00 GMT and Bayern Munich vs Inter Milan at 13:00 GMT.
Roma, Man City, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are all set to play in their respective match today and the early match start time is due to the fact they are in very different countries; two in the far east and two down under.
Man City vs. Roma
The first match set to kick-off is between Man City and Roma, which will begin at 11:00 GMT. This would be a great day to start the day if it weren't a work day but they are playing in Melbourne Australia, which is the reason for the early start time. The match is part of the International Champions Cup, specifically the Australian Arm of the cup and Man City still has yet to face Real Madrid in this same competition. The big news behind this match is that City's newest acquisition, local boy Raheen Sterling is fit and ready to make his debut following the massive £49 million transfer from Liverpool.
Bayern vs. Inter
The second match between Bayern and Inter begins at 13:00 GMT and takes place in Shanghai. Bayern Munich won the last match in China against Valencia on Saturday and look forward to the upcoming 2015/16 competitive season. Guardiola was able to successfully experiment with some new formations during that game and found something he likes using Jerome Boateng, Thomas Muller and Philipp Lahm, which led to the players combining for a pair of goals. Even without Robben and Ribery, Bayern was excellent then and will most-likely leave as the winners tonight.
