The former CEO of BetonSports, David Carruthers, has been charged with racketeering charges by a US court. He has spent the past 39 months in federal custody, held in a St. Louis, Missouri hotel. Operating BetOnSports, an online gambling company based in Costa Rica, has breached the US online gambling ban.
