The solution raised by the Council is intrastate payment options to more fluid banks or baking systems in other areas, but that also brings up a question of monitoring interstate commerce, a huge task in and of itself. Widespread State Acceptance The chairman of the legislative wing of the council is James Waldman, a State Representative of Florida who sees the solution as effective policy standards "protecting security and uniformity in all states." What these are can only partially be projected. Other issues will arise in practice, as evinced by the New Jersey credit card example. Suffice to say, uniform standards of acceptance is a work in progress that remains necessary due to the appeal of gambling to states as a new way to add revenue.
