The government agency in Spain that regulates taxation and finance recently ruled that Bitcoin should now be classified as an electronic payment system. This important decision could have a significant impact on the Bitcoin economy in Spain. This ruling was the first update from the Spanish government since May 2014 when the tax authority said it would monitor digital currencies like Bitcoin for suspicious and illegal activity. The Change in Legal Definition of Bitcoin The Bitcoin ruling has reinforced statements from various international legal bodies that seek to address whether Bitcoin is considered to be money under the laws of Spain. El Ministerio de Hacienda has said that Bitcoin cannot be considered electronic money or legal tender. The agency also said that Bitcoin cannot be defined as an ‘economically accessible object’ because it functions as an exchange medium. The official ruling states that Bitcoin is a convertible virtual currency which users can exchange. It can also be converted into euros, dollars and other virtual or real legal tender. Clarification for Online Gambling Sites The impact that this ruling has on the Bitcoin gambling industry is clear and it highlights the growing differences between various regions on the issue. For example, the US government shutdown of online gambling caused gambling sites to turn to Bitcoin while others have avoided it because of the uncertainty. Now, all gambling sites based in Spain, including those that only use Bitcoin must adhere to the ruling. El Ministerio de Hacienda said that online gaming businesses must now get a general gambling license along with an individual license. In its report, El Confidencial said that Bitcoin online gambling is growing in popularity in the country because this particular sector could avoid the Gambling Act by using Bitcoin. Now, el Ministerio de Hacienda said all gaming activities that involve economically valuable objects and money in any form are subject to this ruling of the Gambling Act, including those involving Bitcoin.
After the success of the first South Park video slot, Net Entertainment is ready to release the sequel and this time the fourth graders will have to protect the city and defeat Professor Chaos. It will not be an easy fight for the little superheroes as there are plenty of dangers they must face but the players will get help from amazing features which include Stacked Wilds, Multipliers and more. The game will be released in October. Slot Symbols South Park: Reel Chaos is a five-reel video slot with three rows and 20 lines. The main symbols are four superheroes from the Coon and Friends organization. The Coon is Eric Cartman, Mysterion is Kenny McCormick, The Human Kite is Kyle Broflovski and Toolshed is Stan Marsh. Each of them have special superpowers which they will use to defeat Professor Chaos, who is the villain portrayed by Butters Stotch, and his minions. There are also other symbols like a Wild represented by the alarm system and a bonus symbol which shows Mint-Berry Crunch. Card symbols from Ten to Ace complete the list. South Park: Reel Chaos Features This brand new NetEnt video slot comes with an array of great features. The main characters will appear throughout the game and influence the outcome of the spins. The Coon is a Stacked Wild and will turn entire reels into wild symbols as he climbs up and down to catch General Disarray. The cool animations on the reels and next to them look exactly like the cartoons and really add an entertaining element to the slot. The bonus round is started with at least three Mint-Berry Crunch symbols and in it, the player must defeat the enemies before running out of life points, with multipliers increasing with every victory.
The second day of the UEFA Champions League group stage games continues tonight as one of the best matches goes down in Munich's Allianz Arena where Bundesliga champion Bayern Munich hosts Premier League champion Manchester City for what's expected to be an intense game kicking off at 7:45pm (UK time). Bayern without Ribery Despite the home advantage, Bayern Munich will be missing a lot of key players including Franck Ribery who's still recovering from a long-term knee injury. Arjen Robben is also in question due to a knee injury but might take part, however Alcantara, Holger Badstuber, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Rafinha and Javi Martinez will all be sidelined. Still, Bayern is armed with dangerous players like Mario Gotze, Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski which are a burden on any defense. Bayern has an open cheque with Manchester City, after they were beaten 3-2 by the Citizens at home last season with the guests coming back from trailing by two goals. Manchester City Seeks "Champions League Glory" Ahead of tonight's game, Manchester City midfielder James Milner said that the time has come for his team to prove itself, but a start against Bayern Munich at the Allianz is not the ideal beginning to a campaign, and the Citizens have won only two matches out of five played this season, managing to squeeze one point out of the Arsenal meeting last weekend. To add some salt, boss Manuel Pellegrini will watch the game from the stands due to a touchline ban. Bet Live on the Game bet365 Sports is offering live betting on today's game with a live stream and over 112 betting markets. In full time result Bayern is 4/6 to win, City is 17/4 to win and the sportsbook gives 16/5 for a draw. Don't miss out on this one tonight and log-in bet365 for a wager.
The movement towards online gambling in Brazil has been has been initiated, but completion still looks to be far off. While the Senate has opened the floor for discussion, the actual bureaucratic process by which online gambling can be regulated stands to take up to several years. Early Optimism Requires Patience Optimism regarding online gambling in Brazil spiked when Senator Ciro Nogueira's draft of an online gaming bill was introduced to the Brazilian Senate in July. Nogueira drafted the bill as an acknowledgment of the impossibility of eliminating all gambling activity in the country outright, asserting that "a prohibitive approach to gambling does not work, as the truth is that no one will ever give up playing only because that is forbidden." Nogueira seeks regulation to establish the benefits of ongoing gambling activity in Brazil, pointing out that “...current anti-gambling legislation did not stop gambling in Brazil, and today's clandestine market moves more than R$18 billion (approximately $8 billion) every year.” Noguiera seeks to set up a system of regulation that could generate huge tax revenues for the government, at annual levels estimated by related research to be upwards of R$15 billion ($6.8 billion). The Senate's Commission for Regional Development and Tourism considered Nogueira's proposal for the first time last last week, opening the door for more debate. The Bureaucratic Process From a bureaucratic point of view, the Brazilian review process can get quite complicated, if not convoluted, as different clauses in the proposal may require the passage of additional bills addressing those specific points and making them legal. The Brazilian review process is multi-tiered as well: after review by the Senatorial Commission for Regional Development and Tourism, the bill must pass through the Brazilian Commission for Science, Technology, Innovation, Communication and IT; and then the Commission for Economic Affairs; then, the Commission for the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship. Only after can the bill then be presented to the country's President for sanction, with the President empowered to make an executive decision that could go either way. A lot of variables, and a lot of red tape.
New Jersey online gambling sites reported modest monthly gains for August of 4.5%. The garden state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) reported that sites licensed by the state posted total gains of just under $10.55 million, up from the $10.07 million in July. Big Six Figures The figures are culled from the six largest operators, which are in descending order of top market size: Borgata, which is partnered with PartyGaming; Caesars/WSOP, partnered with 888; Tropicana, partnered with Virgin; Golden Nugget; Trump Plaza, partnered with Betfair; and Trump Taj Mahal, partnered with Ultimate Poker. The lion's share of income was taken in by Borgata’s 52% and Caesars/WSOP’s 47%, with Trump Taj Mahal generating the remaining 1% of revenue, at $23,099 in rake which represents the final 1%. The Taj percentage is not expected to hold in light of the casino’s recent filing for bankruptcy protection. In terms of online gambling revenue alone, a sixth player in the New Jersey market, Tropicana, is posting the most significant gains. Despite not offering online poker, Trop AC ranked second overall in online gambling take in August online take and third in net profit among the Big Six, with a total take of $2.26 million in August representing 27.2% of the New Jersey's online-casino revenue and 21.4% of the state's online gambling profits. Addressing the Primary Hurdles State revenues are currently capped by legal limitations on player pools to those residing within each individual states and on prize pools and cash game options that operators can offer. Positive signs for New Jersey include last week's announcement tweeted by New Jersey state Sen. Ray Lesniak that PokerStars is expected to resume operations in a matter of “weeks, not months,” which would activate new players and increase play volume from existing players. More help is expected from improved payment processing and geolocation; dual broadcasts of the WSOP on ESPN and November's completion of the World Series of Poker Main Event final table; and adaptation of gaming software to global market requirements. Progress will be benchmarked as a product of the recent emergency summit called by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie calling for gaming industry stakeholders in Atlantic City to apply a series of “short-term fixes and long-term action items.” In mid-October attendees will reconvene to assess progress and continue brainstorming.
The date has come and history is happening right now as some 4.2 million Scots who registered to vote are on their way to the polls to decide on the big question of Scottish independence in today's Scottish Referendum. According to opinion polls conducted in the last 48 hours, the pro-union campaign is expected to win narrowly over the independence campaign. Main Arguments Scotland's "Yes" campaign is led by its First Minister Alex Salmond, leader of the Scottish National Party which has been in power in Scotland since 2007. The main argument for separation from the UK is the desire for Scotland's independence and ability to have total control over its own affairs. Economically, separation supporters believe that Scotland will be able to sustain itself with its offshore oil fields. Pro-unionists claim that Scotland will be much weaker on the world stage with severe economical consequences that will drive the country to raise taxes in order to pay for replicating institutions that are shared with England, namely state pensions and defense forces. Additionally, Scotland will also have to re-negotiate its EU standing, and generally it means many uncertainties and risks as well as a lot of costs. Political Betting The Scottish referendum also serves as a main stage for political betting. On Tuesday, UK sportsbook Betfair started to pay for punters who put their money on a "No" result for the referendum, after the sportsbook decided that this will most likely be the winning vote. A little more wary on this matter, William Hill Sports is also offering Scottish referendum bets, giving 19/5 for "Yes" and 2/11 for "No". Other referendum betting markets include voting percentages and the Scottish currency after independence if it shall happen. Take your pick and make an historical wager – bets will be accepted until tonight.

Partizan Belgrade will be tested at home tonight against Tottenham in what will be a tough match from start to finish. The match begins at 6:00pm tonight from Partizan stadium and the home team will need all the hometown support they can get. The top-tier Serbian side will be attempting to snap a three game losing streak against English clubs but it will be no easy task as the odds are stacked in the visitors favor. Partizan have held the title of National Champion 25 times and began the year in the Champions League only to be ousted by Ludogorets back in August. Tottenham have started their Premier League campaign gaining seven points in only four fixtures including a recent 2-2 tie away at Sunderland. For Mauricio Pochettino's side, a win tonight means control over Group C in the Europa league with games against much weaker teams Asteras Tripolis and Besiktas. Partizan will not be pushovers tonight as they to have their eyes on top spot in Group C and hope to make it out of the group stages altogether. Who's In, Who's Out? For the hosts, they will be without their star striker Petar Skuletic as he is suspended, which will limit the attacking power for Partizan. Roberto Soldado will be back to lead their efforts at Forward. Tottenham will also be without many of their key players including Younes Kaboul, Emmanuel Adebayor, Nacer Chadli, Mousa Dembele, and Danny Rose for a variety of reasons. They are also without Kyle Walker, still out with a hip injury, while Michel Vorm (Goalkeeper) and Federico Fazio (centre-back) could make their debuts for the Hotspurs. Live Sports Betting Markets Winner Sports is providing full coverage for the punters looking to get in on tonight's match, and the rest of the Europa league games for that matter. Rightly so, Tottenham are favorites at 1.75 with Partizan at 4.50. There are over 15 Match Result lines, 29 Goal lines and a total 95 different markets ready for tonight.
