Mexico has apparently reached an agreement on gambling legislation. An arduous months-long process has concluded with National Action Party (PAN) and the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) forging an agreement to implement a new legal framework for live and online gambling punctuated by new protections targeting money laundering. Key New Measures Mexican media reports that the new gambling law raises the minimum age for gambling to 21, and will battle money laundering by imposing limitations on unauthorized back room gambling proliferating the country side in what are known as “mini-casinos.” In an interview, Deputy and Former Chairman of Mexico’s Special Commission on Casinos Ricardo Mejia Berdeja said that legislators and representatives of the Federal Government hammered out all remaining differences as of a November 4th meeting. The law provides for a 10-year licensing system, regulation of online gambling, and the establishment of a new Advisory Council to oversee the regulation. This Council will be comprised of secretaries from the health, tourism, economics and government offices, who will be cooperating with representatives from non-governmental organizations as well. Looking Forward As far as any other current and future concerns, Commission of Gaming in the Chamber of Deputies President Fernando Zarate Salgado said the new law will “put some order in the gambling world by regulating it and by fixing some issues we have now." The adaptation of laws in Mexico brings hope for a larger gambling tournament and larger casinos that have shown positive results in other Latin American areas such as Brazil. Prominent Mexican poker pros Angel Guillen and Christian "Grillo" de León have long been proponents of gambling regulation in Mexico. In an interview with PokerNews Latin America, de León and Guillen expressed their enthusiasm at the new opportunity that this announcement affords long-time players, as far as tournaments and community-building events that can engage the populace and bring in added revenue for the state as well.

Netherlands With the next round of Euro 2016 qualifiers taking place this weekend; Netherlands gets a chance for a good warm-up ahead of their Sunday match against Latvia. So far the Oranj have not done very well in the campaign under the guidance of new coach Guus Hiddink; the team lost the teams of the Czech Republic and Iceland, hurdles which the Dutch usually bypass. The Oranj have qualified to every European championship since 1988 and they must step up their game; they can't allow to take it easy against the Mexicans. Hiddink himself vowed to resign if his team fails to win the match against Latvia. Mexico Mexico will seek revenge against the Oranj after the Dutch knocked them out with a late penalty in the World Cup's Round of 16 this summer. The penalty was drawn by Arjen Robben, in a foul that many described as a very theatrical fall. For this reason, how Mexico plays today is really intriguing, despite this being only a friendly. El Tri fans are eager to see the return of forward Carlos Vela, one of Mexico's top players of the recent years who had not played wearing the national jersey since March 2011. Vela is Real Sociedad's striker and he arrives warm at the Amsterdam Arena having scored for his team against Atletico Madrid the past weekend. Spain is seeking to energize its economy by generating revenue from the country’s struggling iGaming industry. To that end, the Spanish Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ) initiated a fresh round of online casino licensing on November 1. Applicants for the latest round of licensing will have until 13:00 CET on December 9 to make their submissions before the deadline closes. Applicants will have the opportunity to try an snag one of two licenses. The first of those is to apply for a general license that will give the holder the authority to operate all types of online gambling games. That prospect will prove to be the most enticing for multinational gambling operators, who already have their software infrastructure in place. The second option is for applicants to seek a more limited license, suiting those with smaller operations. In the event of an approval, these applicants will be permitted to host online slots and provide access to Spanish players. Until the current round of licensing was opened, Spain had never permitted a dedicated slots license. The only possible option had been to apply for the general license. When the current licensing round has been completed, successful applicants will receive their license and can start operations immediately. Technical certification is expected to be concluded approximately four months into the life of the license. DGOJ has explained that the reviews will not take longer than six months. Free Webinar from iGaming Business A changing market will typically present new challenges for operators who are considering entry to the market. To educate potential applicants, iGaming Business is hosting a free webinar that will outline the precise details of the Spanish online gambling licenses, including key dates and technical requirements. The webinar will be hosted on Thursday, November 13, from 12:00 until 13:00 CET.
A new licensing agreement between Playtech and Australia's leading physical gaming supplier Ainsworth Game Technology means that Ainsworth content will now be available through online and mobile channels as well. Playtech Teams Up with Land-Based Supply The landmark agreement marks the first time that Playtech, a digital gaming content provider, has reached an agreement with a prominent land-based supplier. Implementation will take place across all Playtech platforms, offering Ainsworth’s most popular titles as distributed by the Ainsworth GameConnect remote gaming server. The games will be made available across all PCs, mobile phones, and tablets in major European markets starting with the UK. New Digital Audience for Ainsworth Ainsworth chief executive Danny Gladstone expressed his happiness at the fact that the Playtech agreement would bring Ainsworth's vast and popular land-based content to an entire new online audience. Playtech chief operating officer Shay Segev described the benefits of the agreement for his company, explaining that the agreement “will give our existing and future online licensees access to proven, premium, localised land-based content, enriching both our and our licensees’ casino offerings, while expanding the vast amount of titles that Playtech already offers. This is actually the third deal for iGaming content that Ainsworth has forged, adding to the partnership deals it recent signed with GameAccount Network and Bally Technologies. Playtech Expectations Robust Despite Malaysia Snag Meanwhile, Playtech continues to move forward with earning expectations-based plans despite the specter of changes to online gambling regulations in emerging markets such as Malaysia. The fall of Playtech shares by 9.64 percent Monday to Tuesday raised questions of the impact of the Malaysian parliament debate on whether to regulate or ban online gambling. However, Playtech spokesman David Rydell reassured Reuters that Malaysia represented a small percentage of the Isle of Man-based company's €195 million full year income forecast.
Lucky Dino, a Finnish online casino, has just added a new deposit method in order to make it easier for customers to add money to their accounts. Puggle Pay is a very convenient way to make purchases on the internet and it fits very well with online gaming as the transactions are processed right away and everything is safe and secure. Puggle Pay at Lucky Dino Casino The new payment option can be found in the cashier and it is available for deposits of at least €20 and up to €250. These are processed instantly and there is no fee taken by the casino or by the payment processing service. However, Puggle Pay is only available for deposits at Lucky Dino and withdrawals cannot be made with this option as of now. Puggle Pay uses phone numbers in order to verify the identity of the customers. Security is guaranteed through a four-digit code which is required with every purchase and the confirmation can easily be done from the mobile app. Bank account information is not shared with the store and everything is done in just a couple of minutes. About Lucky Dino Casino Aside from the newly added payment methods, Lucky Dino Casino also has several other deposit options which are very popular among online casinos. These include cards from Visa and MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and Instant Banking. All of these payment methods can also be used to cash out. Net Entertainment and Microgaming power the online casino and provide different types of games that players can enjoy right from the browser. Lucky Dino is still a fairly new online casino having launched earlier this year so it is very likely that other changes and additions will be made to its current offer in order to better accommodate players’ demands regarding banking, games and more.
Andy Murray's season began with a significant loss to Roger Federer during the Quarter Finals of the Australian Open in January. Murray was still in the rehabilitation process, following a surgery on his spine and Federer showed him that to be a contender, he must be at 100%. Tonight's game could be much the same story as the ATP World Tour Quarter Finals get underway at 20:00. It will be a very tough game for Murray, but having the home court advantage may prove helpful against one of the greatest players Tennis has ever seen. Murray lost his opening match against Nishikori, but bounced back to beat Raonic. Federer has been in top form in both of his games so far, beating both Raonic and Nishikori decisively. Murray needs to improve his game if he is planning on making the semi-finals. Murray and Federer's long history is currently at an even eleven wins and eleven losses against one another, but only one man will make it through after tonight. “It’s nice to have won against him a number of times. And yeah, it would obviously be nice to finish with a winning record against him. But if not, it’s not the end of the world,” said Murray during an interview about the Quarter Final match. A Punters Dream As the players get set for the match tonight, punters from around the world have already been checking with bet365 sports to find some of the most attractive online gambling markets available. Federer is the favorite to move on to the semi-finals at 1.40, while Murray takes underdog position at 3.00. There are additional lines including 2-way Match Handicap, Set Winner and altogether thirteen sports betting markets. Prediction Murray may have a better time on the golf course in the off-season but unfortunately he will not beat Roger Federer tonight. Either player that wins tonight may not even come close to beating Djokovic, but that's another story for another day.
