  1. Dear Casino Regulatory Authority, I would like to file a formal complaint against Spinit Casino. As evidenced by the attached screenshots, I won the jackpot on the Wheel of Fortune game three times in December, but I never received the winnings. Since then, the casino has continuously delayed the matter, exchanged numerous emails with me, and repeatedly promised that the issue would be investigated. According to their statements, the investigation has already been completed and my complaint was rejected on the grounds that there are no missing winnings. However, whenever I try to communicate with them, I receive contradictory responses. Sometimes I am told that my case is still under investigation, while at other times I am informed that the matter has already been closed. After more than six months, we have been unable to reach any resolution, and not a single one of my three jackpot winnings has been paid out. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have exhausted my patience with the casino and am extremely frustrated by the continuous delays and misleading assurances.
