We understand that, up to now, you still haven’t been contacted by the operator, despite what they told us previously.
We have already followed up with them again, but unfortunately we have not received any further response either.
From our side, we have already paused the operator’s rating on the relevant OCR site already when the operator sent his last update, and it'll remain paused while this case remains unresolved.
At this stage, there is not much more we can do other than wait and hope they respond soon and, hopefully, resolve the case properly.
