It seems to me that Congalotto is a scam

I have made orders with Congalotto for tickets, but I have not received proof that they have ordered any of my tickets.

On Congalotto's site they mention:

"You will be able to view .. your tickets .. on a password protected section of the website."

and  "they will then send you a scanned copy."

However, after repeated requests by contacting their email address and their live support (over a week period) they have ignored me without a response.  I do not know if they have purchased my ticket, and am very disappointed that I did not hear back from them.

I have asked them for a refund, but still I get no response from them. 

I am now wondering if Congalotto is a scam, and if I have been cheated out of my money for ordering tickets with them.

This is a serious stuff, so sorry to hear you had to experience this  :(...  I can only imagine how many lottery agent did fraud stuff like that while using the big jackpot ticket sale which was one of the biggest in the lottery history of all times. 

I hope your situation will be solved soon !

I hope OCR will give the proper editor rating for this brand
