Playamo Casino rejected my cards

I read Playamo Casino’s review on OCR Ireland (http://www.onlinecasinoreports.ie/onlinecasinos/playamo-casino.php) and decided to go look at the site for myself. After having a long look through the slots I was excited to try the 3D ones, so I wanted to create an account and get playing.

 

All went fine at first – I even liked that I only had to enter an email address and password to create my account. The confirmation email arrived immediately after and I clicked the link to get going.

 

My next step was to edit my profile and add the general personal details you would expect – name, address, date of birth, etc. At this stage I actually liked that I could choose my preferred currency and whether or not I took the bonus. But problems quickly showed up when the time came to deposit…

 

So I tried to use my Maestro card and it was declined. Then I used my MasterCard and it was declined. I would have liked to use PayPal but Playamo doesn’t support it. Anyway… I was confused why my cards were declined so I checked my online banking and both had credit. I even checked the numbers closely when I tried again – but they still didn’t work!

 

After those issues I tried to contact Playamo using live chat but all I got was a message saying the team was away – this was at like 2pm in Ireland. By this point all I could do was send a message using the contact form.

Eventually I had a response waiting in my email account the next day. And I got quite annoyed because all they said was that my provider had blocked the payments. They didn’t even confirm if it was an issue because I tried using UK cards. All the casino says is that Maestro and MasterCard are fine.

 

This experience has been quite frustrating because I just wanted to play. Right now I’m feeling a bit annoyed at Playamo for this waste of time, as I was led to believe that I can play from Ireland.

That's a bummer. Imagine how many minutes or hours it took you to do those and you could have enjoyed playing games but it gave you a stressful day.

A casino that refused to take your money, that's a first! lol Fortunately, there are a ton of options when it comes to online casinos  Go to some other casino and forget all about Playamo Casino

Oh yeah!  There are so many other casinos out there who are far better in providing customer satisfaction.

Probably a processor issue with regulations issues... it's a shame... did they tell you if you can deposit with a different method ?

Unfortunately, it is hard to tell you a reason why this happened without knowing your username / registered email. But I suggest you to try different card, or skrill / neteller.
