From the cashier on I began to encounter slow software performance. Basically it took me like 10 mins for a PayPal deposit to be completed. I could see in the address bar that BetVictor was using an intermediary which didn’t seem to help.

 

I was then disappointed after it was completed because BetVictor treated my €20 deposit like the €40 bonus funds I got from the 200% welcome offer. This meant BetVictor showed that I had €60 in bonus funds and I presumed I didn’t have cash to use on live dealer games. I was also promised 15 free spins for Starburst but these have not yet been activated.

 

Fortunately I was there to play the slots. But then software issues still emerged when I played Jimi Hendrix, Transformers, Game of Thrones, Jack Hammer 2 and Immortal Romance. On multiple occasions it said the game was no longer available after I made a few spins.

 

And this kept happening on many different games. I had no idea why as I was playing by Windows with a Chrome browser on my laptop – and I was connected to high speed broadband. I still had plenty of credit left so I decided to switch to my MacBook and start using Firefox as a test. Let me just say that BetVictor passed this one with flying colours. It turns out the casino worked extremely well on the Apple and Firefox combination.

 

The improved setup also allowed me to see that I got the live dealer situation wrong. I even managed to play a few hands of blackjack and roulette and it worked flawlessly. I had plenty of decent wins on blackjack and roulette but none of these were better than my €26 win on Immortal Romance (you can see this win below).

 

I would have to advise that anyone out there on Windows makes sure they are using a good browser and that it’s completely updated.
