Instant Bingo does not pay [RESOLVED]

Instant Bingo does not pay players winnings. I have been waiting for a $2000 withdrawal for 7 days not and they are stalling and lying, changing their own rules, doing everything they can not to pay. I can't believe I have been scammed by this place. I have done everything needed to withdraw, have had documentation accepted with emails telling me this, and every  2 days they put the $2000 back into my account and ask for me documents that they have already acknowledged they have received and accepted. I then withdraw again and they send another email 2 days later asking for the same documentation again. I am at my wits end with these scammers. If they are not going to pay, I want all my previous deposits back. I have copies of all the emails from them acknowledging my emails
