RTG Casinos not paying [NOT RESOLVED]

RTG casinos state in their Terms & Conditions: "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request." and "Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval".. I have long-overdue withdrawal requests totaling over $16k that RTG casinos will not pay. I have chatted daily with Customer Service and have written several emails to [email protected] and "help@(casino name).com" but no action has been taken. The only responses I have received were run-around requests ("we can no longer issue paper checks....you must open another bank account to receive wires") and numerous lies from chats saying "the check's in the mail". I have responded to all the requests and have provided all the required documents but there has been no payments issued or withdrawal approvals for several weeks. Listed below are the outstanding withdrawal requests from RTG casinos:

Planet 7:   I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $1950 that was approved March 3, 2019 (57 days) ( 03/15/2019 04:02 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$1950.00).

Captain Jack: I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $2500 that was approved February 18, 2019 (70 days) (02/18/2019 09:58 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$2500.00) and $100 that was approved March 13, 2019 (46 days). I am also waiting for the approval of a withdrawal request for $1975 that was requested April 3, 2019 (26 days) (04/06/2019 07:54 AM, Check Withdrawal Requested, -$1975.00).

Palace of Chance: My withdrawal request for $1915 on March 27, 2019 has not yet been approved (35 days) ( 03/27/2019 03:02 PM, Check Withdrawal Requested, -$1915.00).

Virtual: I have not received payment for my withdrawal for $100 that was approved January 4, 2019 (116 days)  (01/04/2019 05:04 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$100.00) .

Slots of Vegas:  I have not received payment for my withdrawal for $100 that was approved February 27, 2019 (65 days) (02/27/2019 04:29 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$100.00)

Silver Oak: My withdrawal request for $100 on April 2, 2019 has not yet been approved (27 days) (04/02/2019 03:06 AM, Check Withdrawal Requested, -$100.00).

Ruby Slots: I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $100 that was approved March 22, 2019 (38 days) and also for my withdrawal request for $2000 that was approved April 9, 2019 (23 days) (04/09/2019 07:33 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$2000) . 

Prism: I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $100 that was approved March 13, 2019 (46 days) and for my withdrawal request for $2000 that was approved April 10, 2019 (22 days).

Raging Bull:  I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $180 that was approved March 12, 2019 (48 days) and also for my withdrawal request for $2000 that was approved April 9  (23 days).

Slots Garden:  I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $100 that was approved February 27, 2019 (61 days) and also for my withdrawal request for $2000 that was approved April 12, 2019 (20 days).

Any help you can provide to resolve these issues will be appreciated.

I am still being ignored by the RTG casinos. I have chatted daily with Customer Service and have written several emails to the Casino Support Manager, [email protected] and "help@(casino name).com" but no action has been taken. How these casinos can ignore their own Term & Conditions for extended periods and treat loyal players with such disrespect is beyond me. Listed below are my outstanding withdrawal requests:

1)Silver Oak - I have not received payment for my wire withdrawal request for $100 that was approved May 22 (68 days). 

2)Prism - I have not received payment for my wire withdrawal request for $307 that was approved June 25 (33 days).

3)Slots of Vegas - I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $259 that was approved May 2nd (88 days).

4)Raging Bull - I have not received payment for my wire withdrawal request for $180 that was approved May 14 (76 days).

5)The Virtual - I have not received payment for the following long-overdue withdrawals: $100 and $320, both approved May 14 (76 days); $330 approved June 6 (53 days).  I also have a pending withdrawal request from June 7 (52 days) for $300 that needs approval.

6)Ruby - I have not received payment for a long-overdue withdrawal for $300 that was approved June 13 (37 days). I also have a pending withdrawal request from May 16 for $858 that needs approval (66 days).

7)Planet 7 - I have a pending withdrawal request from June 14 for $300 that needs approval (46 days).

8)Captain Jack - I have not received payment for a long-overdue withdrawal for $100 that was approved March 13 (127 days). I also have a pending withdrawal request from June 13 for $398 that needs approval (49 days).

Your help in resolving these issues is greatly appreciated.

It's a shame that this is the situation. 

First you should know that, from our side we already removed completely these brands editorial ranking.

We'll do a second followup for this complaint with the operators and hope to hear from them this time..
