so I made a desposit and after a while of playing, i had about 0.4 btc in balance and showed i met wagering requirement. and I requested withdrawal for 0.38 btc.

it didn't mention anything of this in email, i checked the term on their website where it states

10. When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet is €5, its equivalent in other currency or 0.003 BTC. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed (e.g. wagering winnings from X game round on red/black).

it should mention something like it wont count it towards wagering requirements or bonus voided or something. I just don't think it's valid reason to void winning..

and why do they allow players to make the bet when it should be restricted? it should be easy to disable so that players won't make mistake without knowing. 

because i bet they won't have any problem taking the bet if i didnt win. i am pretty sure they don't return it.

after all we are making deposit to these casinos without requiring any documents to prove us or anything from these casinos and 

not fair for them to just refuse withdrawal.

 

also, their website doesn't offer a way to download transaction history(only last 50 transactions or something) since I didn't remember betting that amount. i got CSV file for my history and out of 7935 transactions, I see 2 transactions with bet amount 0.004BTC playing blackjack. but when i play blackjack, I don't usually change betting amount, because i just click rebet everytime, this one shows after increasing the bet, changing back betting to previous amount of 0.2 right after. but I have no proof of anything, just thought it was strange.
