Pokerstars have frozen my account [RESOLVED]

POKER COMPLAINT r Poerstars

·         Deposit of £50 made to Pokerstars

·         Informed that I still had an account from years ago, that I couldn’t have 2 accounts & that the money would be transferred to my original account

·         Original account immediately frozen pending id & proof of address

·         Pokerstars provided with passport i.d. & Utilities Bill

·         Despite repeated requests for updates, no further response until 26/8/19

·         Pokerstars inform me that the Utilities Bill is unacceptable as it is too old

·         Screenshots provided of most recent Utilities Bills, as I am now paperless.

·         Despite repeated requests for updates, no further response to date
