To the authorities whom licensed Roo Casino. I am reaching out to you as last resort because I have an issue with a reversed withdrawal. I spun on the bonus reel & was credited $50. I continued to play lucky leprechaun & won $1600 in a $5. I continued to spin to reach my play through. To do this I bet $20 bets unknowing of the bonus restriction. I had more losses than winnings at this bet. At the end I withdrew $1000 which was later reversed for breech of bonus rules. I am writing pleading you to have a more fair outcome. I won $1600 without breaching any rules and only cashed out $1000. If you could plz review my case I would be forever grateful.

Coykd I also bring to the attention that I did reach out on live chat to have my account disabled because of my gambling problem & was ignored only to be suggested of a daily limit. Since then I am STILL depositing up to 1,2,3,4,5 times a day. Please look into this also. Jokaroom casino disabled my account immediately after I requested they do so. Thank you for your time
