BONDIBET closed my account after depositing money!!! [ENDED]

Hi support,

I have been playing at many other online casino's so I know & follow all the rules are & to fill in all the correct information about myself & not to create duplicate accounts. 

I have never experienced the way I have been treated & disregarded by BONDIBET! Everyday leading up to the day I deposited some money into my account to play, I received promo emails from them inviting me to play. 

Finally I decided to give it a go since I really like the design of the site & all the game options they have. I deposited $20 with Neosurf & chose the welcome bonus. After the money was deposited, the bonus was not added so I got in touch with someone from "Live Chat" who added the bonus for me. I still had $40 left in the account, when I decided to play a bit later on the same night. That same night when i tried to log back into my account, it says my account has been suspended, to contact live chat or support email. I can't get on live chat without logging into my account, so I had to email support.

The answer I got is that due to some inconsistencies on my account, it is now been closed down & any money will be forfeited! (It doesn't make any sense & at least tell me what the inconsistency is?)

If there's an issue with my account, why let me deposit money in? What can be so bad that my account had to be closed & my funds taken?!

I need clear explanation on this matter ASAP please?!
