EnergyCasino [NOT RESOLVED]

Szeretném a segítségüket kérni a következő esetben:
2023.03.19-én játszottam az EnergyCasino oldalán. Éltem a befizetési bónusz lehetőséggel, befizettem 15.000,- Ft-ot és kaptam 20.000,- Ft bónusz összeget. Meg kellett forgatni az összeget 35X, hogy addig elért összeg átkerüljön a valódi egyenlegemre. Ezt a feltételt teljesítettem, így 206.900,- Ft átkerült a kifizethető egyenlegre. 2023.03.20-án kérvényeztem a kifizetést, majd 2023.03.21-én kaptam egy e-mailt, amiben közölték, hogy a megnyert összeg elkobzásra került szabálytalan játék miatt, mondván, hogy a "mini játék" összege meghaladta az 1500 Ft-os tét értéket. Itt most a TÉT ÉRTÉK, illetve a MINI JÁTÉK megnevezésével kapcsolatosan nem értek egyet a Casinóval. Írtam az ügyfélszolgálatuknak többször is(!), de ők minden alkalommal ugyanazt a választ adták ( Az Általános Szerződési feltételeket elfogadta regisztrációkor, amiben az áll, hogy a maximum tét összege bónusz játékon belül (AMI AMÚGY ÍGY, HOGY BÓNUSZ JÁTÉK NEM SZEREPEL SEHOGY SEM A SZABÁLYZATUKBAN, CSAK MINI JÁTÉK VAN MINDENHOL FELTÜNTETVE!!!) nem haladhatja meg az 1500 HUF -ot, illetve ezt egy felugró ablak is jelzi önnek (FELUGRÓ SZINTÉN NEM VOLT!!!). Az én felvetésem az volt, hogy a mini játék fogalma nem egyezik a bonus buy fogalmával. Rákerestem és többször átolvastam a szabályzatukat, de ez sehol sincs leírva. Ez található pontosan a szabályzatban: "Játékát minden kifizetés előtt felülvizsgáljuk, hogy meggyőződjünk róla, hogy nem történt szabálytalan tétrakás. Hacsak a promóció felhasználási feltételei másként nem rendelkeznek, a maximum tét (beleértve a kiegészítő lehetőségeket mint pl. a kockáztatás/ mini játékok) értéke nem haladhatja meg a 5 €-t addig ameddig a kipörgetési feltételek nem teljesültek. Ezen összeghatár feletti téteket nem engedélyezünk, amíg a bónusz kipörgetési feltételeit nem teljesítette a játékos. Maximális tét értékek, egyéb pénznemekben: 5 GBP, 5 USD, 5 CAD, 5 NZD, 25 PLN, 25 BRL, 50 NOK, 400 RUB, 400 INR, 1500 HUF, 625 JPY, 5000 CLP, 25 SOL, 100 ZAR, 150.000 VND. Ha az Energy úgy találja, hogy szabálytalan játék történt, az Energy fenntartja a jogot, hogy visszatartsa a kifizetést és/vagy elkobozza a nyereményt." Tehát ha ezt a szabályt megszegtem volna, akkor a szabályzatban leírtak szerint ezt a tétet nem engedélyezi, automatikusan a megnyert összeg elvész. A tétjeim nem mellesleg 30,60, és 120 ft volt. A játék minden egyes alkalommal tovább engedett pörgetni és a nyeremény összege felíródott a kifizethető egyenlegemre, amit végül miután kértem a kifizetést elkoboztak. Úgy vélem nem kaptam meg a válaszomat a casinótól, ezért kérném a segítségüket.

I played on 19.03.2023 at EnergyCasino. I took advantage of the deposit bonus option, paid HUF 15,000 and received a HUF 20,000 bonus. My suggestion was that the concept of a mini game does not match the concept of bonus buy. I looked for it and read their policy several times, but it is not described anywhere. This is exactly what is in the policy: "Your game will be reviewed before each payout to make sure that no illegal betting has taken place. Unless the terms of use of the promotion state otherwise have, the value of the maximum bet (including additional options such as risking/mini games) cannot exceed €5 until the spin-out f conditions were not met. Bets above this limit are not allowed until the player has fulfilled the conditions for rolling out the bonus. Maximum bet values, in other currencies: 5 GBP, 5 USD, 5 CAD, 5 NZD, 25 PLN, 25 BRL, 50 NOK, 400 RUB, 400 INR, 1500 HUF, 625 JPY, 5000 CLP, 25 SOL, 100 ZAR, 150,000 VND. If Energy determines that illegal play has occurred, Energy reserves the right to withhold payment and/or forfeit the prize." So if I had broken this rule, then as stated in the policy, this bet will not be allowed, automatically the the amount won is lost. By the way, my stakes were 30.60 and 120 ft. The game continued to spin each time and the amount of the prize was written to my payable balance, which was finally confiscated after I requested the payment. I think I did not receive my answer in casino, so I would like your help.

We sent Energy Casino representative an email and a follow-up email but unfortunately have not received a response so far. If the operator does not reply within 30 days, this may lead to a major downgrade of its rating on our site.

Unfortunately we didn't hear yet from Energy casino. Their brand will lose his rating on OCR today due to unresponsive support, for now, and we'll give them few more days to reply before we blacklist their brand completely.

Unfortunately, Energy Casino representative are not responding via any communication method we've tried. 

We have no choice but to mark this complaint as unresolved and change Energy casino to Blacklisted due to payment issues and unresponsiveness.

If at some point they'll reopen we'll reopen this thread.

He gambled, much more on several instances (even 50€/100€, on games like Wanted Dead or Alive, Hellcatraz, and Gulag) which was not allowed, and resulted in the confiscation of the winnings, while his original deposit was recredited into his account.
