Complaint about soccerbet.rs [RESOLVED]

Dear Sir, I followed your list of "50 lucky participants on Wednesday" until midnight. My final result was 2100 (roughly) achieved points. However, half an hour later, after the competition ended, I was not on that list, while the competitors with the number of points is still the same. I'm interested in what kind of error happened. I didn't get an answer.
It is a competition that takes place every Wednesday, one spin = one point, min bet 10 rsd, only games that participate in the "lucky day" are played, etc... According to the number of points achieved, I occupied 30th place (out of a total of 50) for a few minutes before midnight, when the competition actually ends. A few minutes after midnight, I simply disappeared from the list, and contestants with almost 1000 points less remained on the list and won prizes (if they did at all).

I'm interested in what I can do about it, since they don't respond to my email?
I just feel cheated and I don't see the point in the game, if the game is not fair...
