According to my account records, I deposited a total of €5,416.99 and withdrew €3,239.00 between 01/10/2025 and 01/11/2025, resulting in a net deposit of €2,177.99, which exceeds the €700 monthly limit under Dutch law (requiring an income declaration with a bank statement), and although I only realized this later due to an initial large win, I requested an explanation and a refund of the excess amount, but did not receive a clear response and my request was ultimately denied.
