Jackpot
Caribbean Hold’em Poker is a progressive jackpot poker game, similar to Texas Hold’em. Players can win the mega progressive jackpot by hitting a Royal Flush on their first 5 cards. Players also qualify for a bonus when they hit a Flush or better. The progressive jackpot is actually a side bet that needs to be placed by the player. The size of the payout depends upon the rank of your hand. The following payout schedule can be used as a guide:
- Hit a Royal Flush and claim 100% of the jackpot
- Hit a Straight Flush and claim 10% of the jackpot
There are other winning payouts available for players hitting a Flush, Full House and Four of a Kind.
ID
In Caribbean Hold’em Poker, players are dealt 2 cards and the dealer is dealt 2 cards. The player’s cards are visible, while the dealer’s cards are facedown. Next, 3 community cards will be dealt face up into the centre of the table. These are known as the Flop.
Players can raise by adding a bet that is twice the size of the original bet known as the Ante, if they think their hand is better than the dealer’s hand. Otherwise you can choose to fold, thereby forfeiting the Ante bet. After the flop, 2 additional cards will be dealt – The Turn and the River.
The goal is to compile the highest-ranking poker hand.
