Unibet Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of iGame Holding and all subsidiaries. The deal will see a profound expansion of Unibet Group's abilities to cater to wider markets. Unibet Benefits This means Unibet will now have a direct line to the Nordics and Central Europe, the territory that the iGame Group specializes in, via seven local brands which offer online casino, poker and sports betting. The transaction will not become official until it completes the regulatory approval process, expected in the third quarter of 2015.
