Coffee - can it kill you?

Despite my strong belief that coffee is good for you, I hear lots and lots of stories about how energy drinks can damage you and even kill you. I even heard about a woman who drank a lot of energy drinks and died. I was wondering if this can happen when you drink coffee? Maybe I'm wrong, but I sure am interested to hear your thoughts.

Thanks

Of course, if you`ll drink it without any thought about your well-being, you`ll suffer from the excessive consumption of this energetic drink. The main thing is that it changes the rhythm of your heart and all. And when it changes so often (depends on how often you drink the coffee) and how strong the rhythm changes (depending on how much you drink the coffee per one time) you can regulate your  well-being after drinking as much as to damage. The main thing you should realize is that you need to know your normal rhythm and to drink so much coffee which will not change it so fast and so unnatural for your state without it =)

I used to drink coffee but with just half a teaspoon and with milk. That's since High School.

When I started working in a call center, there's a free coffee everywhere but the amount of caffeine in it I think was strong. It always gave me palpitations. So I stopped drinking coffee. That's almost 8 years now. Whenever I buy at Starbucks, I make sure it's caffeine free.

It's true that energy drinks and coffee can kill. We have different histories in our health and our bodies react differently to anything. And yes, they're right. Anything should be in moderation. Overdoing it will kill people even going to the gym.

We have different body types and some people can take big doses of caffeine and some don't. So it depends on your body, age, and health.

I can live just fine without coffee, but I try a sip now and then, but never after 1-2 pm. I'd rather have a green tea in the morning. Much healthier, for me at least.

This is the first time an upper limit has been set for safe coffee consumption and cardiovascular health. "Coffee is the most widely consumed stimulant in the world (it wakes us up, increases our energy and helps us concentrate), but people always wonder 'how much caffeine is too much'. Consuming coffee regularly but very strongly can cause harmful health effects.

Energy drinks contain a large amount of caffeine, the excess consumption of which can lead to health problems (heart rhythm disturbances, hypertension, anxiety, insomnia, etc.). So, you only increase the effect of the destruction of your body.

    • A stablecoin is a digital asset engineered to hold a steady value instead of floating with market sentiment the way Bitcoin or Ethereum do. Price stability is usually achieved one of two ways: by backing each token with a reserve asset — fiat currency, government bonds, commodities, or another cryptocurrency — or by using an algorithmic mechanism that expands and contracts supply to keep the price anchored. Hivelance provides stablecoin development services across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, and EOS, covering every collateral model outlined above — fiat, commodity, crypto-backed, and algorithmic. A stablecoin's viability depends as much on the reliability of its smart contracts and reserve architecture as on the peg mechanism itself, and that's where our development process is built to hold up.
