Cleopatra Non payment

My issue is at Cleopatra casino   on a game called 3 witches, a 3 stack of witches gets you the minor jackpot, 4 the major and 5 the grand. Over a year of playing I have hit all 3 of them many many times and sometimes got paid sometimes not but in the buzz of winning would stare at the screen for a while then think to myself I must have it wrong and continue playing. Then a few months ago though no something is not right so started taking shots of my wins and realised I was winning but not being paid. So I forwarded some screen shots to them complaining and that's where it went bad. First I was told that they didn't even have that game on their casino, then that they had nothing to do with the payouts. And it went on and on but still no payment. It's obviously a win, they provided many reasons why they claimed it wasn't however I quoted the games own rules and sent them the screen shot of the rules as well. Eventually my account managed wouldn't talk to me anymore and their online chat is absolutely useless , not willing to help just kept making up excuses.

As you can see in the screen shots taken at different times and days, why is the second and third screen shot a win but not the first and last. A very stupid excuse they used for the first was that because there were wilds in the spin it's not a win. I would think Possibly not a 5 stack win but definitely a 3 stack win
