Payment Delayed = Payment Denied

Payment delayed equals payment denied!  Like most casinos, Buzz Luck Casino has a very nice and enticing appearance.  Like most casinos, Buzz Luck proclaims they offer generous winnings and speedy, hassle free payouts.  Buzz Luck is part of a very well established and very profitable group of casinos with thousands and thousands of players and customers.  Truth is, they do have some winners... but only a very small percentage of players ever win and actually collect.

Compared to most online casinos, players at Buzz Luck do play and accumulate winnings.  That is the easy part... the hard part is actually withdrawing those winnings.  Buzz Luck has an unbelievable verification process... based on unreasonable demands and requirements.  Each step of the confusing and illogical process creates delays.  Buzz Luck cashier and customer support representatives are well trained to help unsuspecting customers navigate the verification process while introducing even more and unexpected issues... which creates even more delay and frustration.  In most cases, unsuspecting players/customers become discouraged and disgusted and often decide to just play down the winnings rather than deal with the unrealistic verification demands and delays.  We all know that if you play long enough at any casino, you will eventually lose.

Understandably, the odds at casinos are in the casino's favor... otherwise the casino would fail.  The well planned business scheme is based on deceit, deception, confusion and delay.  Many Buzz Luck customers go away thinking... "well, I enjoyed playing and I even won a little... but, I had some problem actually getting any money... but it was kinda fun."  Buzz Luck runs their scam with considerable poise and grace.  They sure fooled this old man... no fool like an old fool.  Avoid Buzz Luck and Club World Casinos.

I feel like there are so many casinos out there like that. The problem is that these online casinos have all the control. They can totally jip you out if they want. That's why I'm always very skeptical about the casinos that I play on because I don't want to lose a bunch of money. I also make sure that I research it a little so that I can find out if they will pay out. I mean what they did to you, it's totally unfair and they shouldn't be allowed to do that.

Please bear with me... hear me out.  Logically speaking... if you owned and operated a business... which would be the most important when dealing with a customer on the internet that you did not know?  From a business point, would it be more important to verify the source and identity of a money transaction coming in to you or the destination and identity of a money transaction going out from you?

Of course, it would be imperative that you verify the identity to insure that the source was legitimate and that the funds were good.  Having done so, you could then be assured that the source was legitimate and the funds were good.  You got your money and the deal/agreement was proper and fair.

Why then, when it became necessary to send funds the other way, back to the source you have previously verified and accepted money from is it necessary to go through another very tedious, detailed and often painstaking process of verification?  If the verification process was adequate for you to accept money from the player/customer, why is it not also sufficient to send money back to the player/customer... assuming they have won?

Club World Casinos told me that this was all being done solely to protect me, the player/customer.  Really... I fail to see the logic and appreciate the concern for me.  In the first instance, when they were accepting a deposit (money) from me, they certainly took necessary and appropriate measures to verify my credit card and information.  In the second instance, when they were responding to my request for a withdrawal, they suddenly became obsessed with concern that I am really who I am... even though they had just previously trusted me to make a deposit with them.

I fail to see the fairness and reciprocal consideration in this deal... if my card and information was good enough to take my money... why is it not good enough for me to withdraw my money?

Perhaps I am missing something... or perhaps the Club World Group really is running a "scam."

Can you explain what you mean by "unbelievable verification process... based on unreasonable demands and requirements" ???

Its not clear from your post at all... if you register a complaint you must give the specific details so others can give you some help, including the casino owners

I had a problem once with cashing out winnings, this casino is no longer exist (C1C Casino), I lost my account which was mostly my winnings, exactly $3620, without warning... so I can understand what you mean
