7Bit is not paying winnings [RESOLVED]

Hello there,

I've noticed that 7Bit is an approved casino on your site so i thought that it would be ok to write here about my problem.

I am a Turkish player. Time to time i play for a week or two than close my account not to play for a while. When i want to play again (as i know that i cant open another account for the same site) i look for an another site to play. In turkey laws about gambling/betting is complicated. Here are 5-6 sites making commercials everywhere, having bank accounts legally but for some other sites government says that it's illegal to gamble. (there are about 1.000 Turkish betting and gambling sites, hard to know which one is legal or not)

We got around 5 million bet/casino players here and because of the matter i mentioned, we do always use VPN. As a result of it when i want to sign up any site i check if they accept Turkish players, contact their live support and ask if they see VPN as a problem to not have issues on withdrawal period.

I played on softswiss casinos before, deposited, withdrawn with no problems. When i want to choose a casino i always look them on sites like onlinecasinoreports, askgamblers, thepogg etc. When i checked their site on your site and others i saw that they accept Turkish players. To be sure of VPN use before my first deposit i contacted their live support and asked them to check my account if there was any problem. "Ashley" on their support checked, and said everything is fine so i can deposit.

To be clear i didn't even think being Turkish player would be a problem as all bitcoin sites accepts us. I was thinking about VPN as an issue.

I deposited 3-4 times to their site, played lost and won i also withdrawn 1.3 BTC. This week i wanted to play more, deposited 2-3 times (amounts of 0.3, 0.5 BTCs) and won. At that point they said that they need to prove my identity. As i am familiar with the situation, i sent em all the documents. After 2 hours, they deleted all my winnings (2.9 BTC) claiming that on their tos there is something like that: "It is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of your residence."

Its ridiculous...

  1. I was playing moreover a week with no problems. (even withdrawn)
  2. I've chosen Turkey as a nation on their site. (They allow you to choose)
  3. They don't have Turkey on their restricted countries.
  4. When you check on ThePogg, AskGamblers its clearly says that "Players from Turkey accepted"
  5. There are over 300 sites in Turkish language for Turkish users with Curacao licence.
  6. All softswiss sites/bitcoin sites i've played on are open to Turkish users.
  7. I ASKED TO SUPPORT before my first deposit to be sure with all. (they claim that support agents are not LAWYERS!!, Seriously funny)

So what they are trying to do is that simpe: They write down everywhere that they accept Turkish players, when you ask their support they say that you can play, they don't put Turkey to their restricted countries, they allow you to choose turkey as nation but when you win they go find and excuse (which is not even totally right as i said there are many legal sites here, one cannot not which one is legal as long as site allows you to play) to not pay!

To consider the matter in this way that tos is on every single bitcoin site. So with that tos all bitcoin sites can say "come play here" to Turkish users and when they win they can close account and discard winnings! That's not legal, that's not logical, that's not ethic!

Hello everyone,

Kyle from 7BitCasino contacted me and solved my issue. I got all my winnings of 2.9 BTC restored. Support of the 7BitCasino and Kyle himself said that they are very sorry because of that legal investigation time period.

I am very grateful for them solving this case in a best way for me.

Thank you 7BitCasino, thank you Kyle, thank you onlinecasinoreports.

  • Thanks 1
