Superior Casino report [RESOLVED]

I finally broke down and purchased Bitcoin at Superior Casino. My problem is that there system is difficult with setting up coinbase acct and also a blockchain acct? I dont know how to manuver my purchase at the casino then to get it as bitcoin? I asked live chat for help as my money is showing as an incoming transaction  but they are No help. My money is just floating in digital world somewhere. I dont recommend Superior Casino. There support sucks.
