7bitcasino unfair closure of account/winnings confiscated [ENDED]

I was told previously since I had several accounts I could continue to play but could not receive bonuses. I closed my account under oogleisanoodle@gmail.com and later logged in via Google izobellee@gmail.com. I won 0.033 btc and they asked for account verification and then closed my account and confiscated my winnings due to violating their terms and condition even though they told me (twice ) that I could continue to use 7bit despite having multiple accounts. Their support led me under false pretences. It wasn't fair to confiscate my winnings, I didn't purposely breach their terms and conditons as I thought their online support would be reliable in what they tell customers. I didn't abuse anything or knowingly break the rules. I understand they have terms and conditions but in this case it was not fair and they clearly do not care about their customers , they just want any excuse not to pay out even if it was their supports fault for giving false information (TWICE)

We just received reply from the casino operator 7bit support who reviewed this post and he replied that the reason for the closure is;

Unfortunately the operator is not willing to share additional details of the case or any other confidential profs.

If you wish to respond to this claim please post and we'll forward this to the operator.

Do you have any prof for their approval in form of email, screenshot of chat or anything to back this up?

I didn't sign up using false information. I logged into 7bit using my google account. The name I set my google account to was an alias as the industry I work in, I receive many emails from people I dont know. When I email them back i don't want my name to be displayed as I don't feel safe doing that. I didn't realize this when using the account I used that day. I had no idea that the name on my google account was on my account until I attempted toto withdraw and got an email requesting verification. I honestly did not mean to break any of the casinos rules and I did not abuse any bonuses etc ever.the only reason why I logged on via my google account is because the first time I deposited in 7bir on my account oogleisanoodle@gmail.com I won 1000$ worth. Since I have ended up spending possibly about double that toto no avail. Recalling what I was told about multiple accounts I logged into 7bit via Google. Whenever I've signed up for a crypto gambling site, my profile  information is always blank and sometimes they require you to fill out some of it to play specific games. I assumed logging in through my google account works the same way. My other google accounts name is Aa Zz for the same reason. 

Firstly again I apologize sincerely for breaking any rules, j know they are in place because of people that sign up to get no deposit bonuses & similar reasons to abuse/take advantage of the online casino. Please let me remind you I did not do any of these things. I deposited a substantial amount , most of it without a bonus. 

Please at least pay out the amount I won. I had no idea I was breaking any rules. If I'd known I would of done something. When they asked for account verification I explained what happened to them as I'd read the name on my email from t them and realized. They told me to continue with my veriffication anyways. It's not like I was deliberately going under a false identity. As soon as I knew I told them as the t&c says. I don't think that this decision is fair. I have a gambling addiction that is destroying my life. I deposited the last of my money that day because if I didn't win I would be in a really bad situation. I was so thankful to win. Now I don't know what I'm going to do and im really scared because that was my last hope. After what I've explained and deposited could you please pay out my winnings because I did abide by the terms and conditions. I just signed in via Google. I did not pretend to be anyone but me. T&c says that if any information is incorrect to let them know as soon as you know. I did that. I never received any no deposit bonuses either. Just in case you think that's why I have multiple accounts. I'm from Canada but they said it's not available in my country.
