ancak 20 gün oldu ve hala tarafıma dönüş yapılmadı, sorunum çözülmedi. Canlı destek hattı her seferinde sohbeti sonlandırıyor ve 24 saat diyerek beni meşgul ediyor.

 

Bu sitede oyun oynayacak kişilerin bunları dikkate alması gerekmektedir. müşteri desteği yok ve sıfır. Asla umursayan kimse yok.

I invested in the site on March 24, but this amount was not added to my game balance.

live support told me to send my payment receipt to [email protected] and the problem will be resolved within 14 days at the latest.

but it has been 20 days and I still have not received a return, my problem has not been solved. The live support line ends the chat every time and keeps me busy by saying 24 hours.

People who will play games on this site should take these into consideration. no customer support and zero. There is never anyone who cares.

A quick update:

We received first reply from 1win but they didn't address the issue... we asked again for receiving an official reply in writing with how they are going to resolve the issue or receive any reply to show their willingness to resolve the situation. 

We'll update again once we hear from them

For some reason we are still unable to get official reply or get 1Win support to help you. 

If you been contacted by 1Win support already to resolve the issue please update this post.

At the meantime we're changing the brand status to Payment Problems until this case will be resolved to any side so I'm keeping this post still in progress with hope that maybe 1win support will be able to help close this case.

1win representative should have provided proper support on the matter, but until now, they have yet to do so! Unfortunately, they also failed to send their proper reply in writing to this post with their stand by providing some excuses which do not make sense.... under these circumstances, I have no choice but to blacklist 1win casino and set this complaint as unresolved.
