Dear OCR Complaints Team,

 

I am requesting your urgent assistance regarding PlayAmo Casino’s unfair confiscation of my €4,000 winnings.

 

  • I played exclusively from Germany, a permitted country under their Terms & Conditions.
  • I deposited €430 of my own funds and played without bonuses.
  • After winning €4,000, I noticed my account name was entered incorrectly (“Alo Ball”) due to an autofill error at registration.
  • I immediately informed PlayAmo and provided my official ID and bank documents showing my correct legal name, which matches my payment method.
  • Despite full cooperation and verified identity, PlayAmo closed my account and seized my winnings — only after I attempted to correct this simple clerical error.
  • They accepted my deposit and allowed extended play without any issues prior to the win.

 

This is a disproportionate and unfair action, and it reflects a pattern of similar complaints already reported on your blacklist.

I respectfully ask for your help in pursuing a fair resolution and recovering my legitimate winnings. I am ready to provide all supporting documents, including correspondence with PlayAmo.
