Unfortunately, we still haven't received a response from the operator. We sent one final follow-up today and hope to hear back soon. They usually respond to complaints, although in some cases it can take a little longer.
It is also in the operator's best interest to respond. If we do not receive a response, we will escalate the matter, and the operator risks having its rating downgraded across our network.
We will update you here as soon as we hear from them.

We received reply from our contact after the complaint was posted here, and they are checking it, we did another followup yesterday and hope to get some feedback from them soon.
