Formal Complaint Against Spinit Casino – Unpaid Jackpot Winnings [IN PROGRESS]

Dear Casino Regulatory Authority,

I would like to file a formal complaint against Spinit Casino.

As evidenced by the attached screenshots, I won the jackpot on the Wheel of Fortune game three times in December, but I never received the winnings. Since then, the casino has continuously delayed the matter, exchanged numerous emails with me, and repeatedly promised that the issue would be investigated.

According to their statements, the investigation has already been completed and my complaint was rejected on the grounds that there are no missing winnings. However, whenever I try to communicate with them, I receive contradictory responses. Sometimes I am told that my case is still under investigation, while at other times I am informed that the matter has already been closed.

After more than six months, we have been unable to reach any resolution, and not a single one of my three jackpot winnings has been paid out.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have exhausted my patience with the casino and am extremely frustrated by the continuous delays and misleading assurances.

Én azt a tályékoztatást tudom adni amit töllük kaptam állando hitegetéssel és lerázással foglalkoztak velem eggyik emailban azt a választ kaptam hogy vizsgálják az ügyeimet aztán lezárták nincs hiányzo nyeremény aztán megint vizsgálják és ez igy ment honapokig. A fényképek önmagukért beszélnek hiányzik a nyeremény.

Késöbb amikor elfogyott a türelmem velük szemben igen megfenyegettem öket hogy elküldöm a bizonyitékaimat az OCR nek és az AGCCS nek erre azvolt a válaszreakciojuk hogy nemtudtam játszani mert nemlehetett a befizetést megoldani és amikor irtam nekik hogy hiányzik a nyereményem akkor még tiltásba is kerültem közel egy honapra amit ök tagadnak.

Amikor jra felhoztam az ügyeimet azt a választ kaptam hogy nincsen hiányzo nyereményem de ha akarok valamit videot küldjek rola hogy mitörtént,ezt félév elteltével.

Én ugygondolom hogy incorect hozzállás a részükröl és én igenis igényt tartok a nyereményemre.

Azt azért hozzátenném hugy a spinit nem válaszolt nekem csak a VIP menedzserem volt hajlando válaszolni.

Igen én tettem nyilatkozatot mert ebböl tanulva videon rögzitem már a játékaimat és ha továbrais igy állnak az ügyeimhez akkor szeretnék fényderiteni a csalásokra amiröl videoim vannak miképpen lassitják a lighting strom kereket hogy ne legyen nagy nyeremény.

Ez az utolso probállkozásom azirányban hogy megkapjam a nyereményeimet,szégyen hogy a mai világban igy állnak a játékosokhoz akiböl tulajdonképpen élnek.

Továbbá aztis elmondanám hogy amiota felkerestem az OCR t azota látszik hogy a nyerési esélyemet lehuzták a padlora minden oldalukon.

I can give you the information I received from them, they constantly talked me down and shook me, in one email I received a response that they were investigating my case, then they closed it, there was no missing prize, then they were investigating it again and this went on for months. The photos speak for themselves, the prize was missing.

Later, when I ran out of patience with them, I threatened them that I would send my evidence to OCR and AGCCS, their response was that I could not play because the deposit could not be processed and when I wrote to them that my prize was missing, I was even banned for almost a month, which they deny.

When I brought up my case again, I received a response that I did not have any missing prizes, but if I wanted something, I could send a video of what happened, after six months.

I think it's an unfair approach on their part and I do claim my prize.

I would add that because the spinner didn't answer me, only my VIP manager was willing to answer.

Yes, I made a statement because I learned from this and I'm recording my games on video and if this is how things continue to be with me, I would like to shed light on the scams, about which I have videos of how they slow down the lighting strom wheel so that there is no big prize.

This is my last attempt to get my prizes, it's a shame that in today's world they treat the players they actually live off.

I would also like to say that since I contacted OCR, it seems that my chances of winning have been reduced to the floor on all sides.

After sending additional evidence to the operator, we received the following response:

"Kindly be informed that the case has been forwarded to the relevant team so it can be checked by the provider. Unfortunately, I am not sure how long the review will take, but from my understanding, once the case is resolved, the player will be informed by the casino."

Since the operator has not yet provided a sufficient or final response, OCR will pause its rating and review of the case until the matter is resolved.
