The San Jose sharks have won seven of their last eight, but have only won once at home since November 5th. Now in second place in the Pacific Division, the Sharks will face one of their biggest tests of the last while, as they face the Penguins tonight with Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby posing the biggest threat to the Sharks’ winning ways. The Penguins are 13-8-2 and currently reside in fourth spot in the Metropolitan Division. Led by Evgeni Malkin, whom is one a tear with 10 points in six games, the Penguins have all the weapons needed to beat any team in the league. True, they did lose their last game, after a very hard fought battle against the last place Edmonton Oilers, but it took the Oilers a win from a shootout to seal the deal. When you have Malkin, Crosby and Phil Kessel on the ice, the Pens are virtually unstoppable and after head coach mike Johnston put Crosby back with Chris Kunitz and Pascal Dupuis at practice on Monday, Pittsburgh is expecting to have a lot more scoring chances. Crosby has improved since his dismal start at the beginning of the season and has netted three goals over the last five games, but he has only scored once against the Sharks in the last nine against them. The Sharks beat the Penguins on November 21 at Consol Energy Center, but the Sharks’ home record is 4-6, compared to their 10-3 record on the road. In their last game, the Sharks were saved by goaltender Martin Jones, whom saved 38 shots, as the game was spent in the San Jose zone. Their defense and penalty killing must remain excellent to stop the high flying Penguins, but tonight will be a thriller no matter what. NHL Online Betting Online wagering on all NHL games this year can be done at bet365 Sports. The famed UK sportsbook is offering competitive and attractive markets on all games this year and tonight is no exception. The Pens are just a touch behind the Sharks at 2.00, while the home team is at 1.83. There will be live in play action throughout the game and dozens more markets to choose from as well.
Online gambling is popular in the EU, however the rules for governing it continue to remain murky. The Rough Landscape Absent coherent cross-border regulation, online gambling is currently too politically contentious to be accepted by all 28 states in the near future, despite the EU's eventual plans (or hopes) for integrating trade. EU Operator Impact The impact on iGaming operators in the EU is to face high individual compliance costs along with ongoing uncertainty regarding the legality and validity of their operations in each of the various regulatory territories that constitute each individual EU nation. EU Consumer Impact For online players at this point firmly accustomed to accessing all websites free of interference, the difference between borders has a confusing effect from country to country: each EU country's citizens levels of access to online gambling differ according to if and how their home country regulates online gambling. EU Country Impact For instance, in Germany, twenty online sports betting licences are available, but no licenses have been issued, meaning German players cannot legally access online gambling sites, pending a government review of current procedures. Meanwhile, Sweden has come under review by the EU for its monopoly gambling market, resulting in Sweden becoming the first EU country referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union for an online gambling infringement. In the UK on the other hand, gambling is widely popular with online gambling and betting bring in huge revenues. In fact, a new licensing regime was recently introduced under the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 under which all operators offering services to UK players were required to hold a licence from the British Gambling Commission, thus opening the market to foreign competition. Conclusion The potential for divergence between availability across EU borders is apparent, running counter EU objectives of a unified regulatory policy. While harmony in the form of a unified system would serve the interests of players and operators, the EU states are independent nations who were sovereign for hundreds of years, and will retain the right to choose and shape their policy. In the meant, in order to play legally, players who want to play popular European online casinos such as EU Casino, Mr Green Casino and Winner Casino will have to travel to territories where online gambling has been already been regulated.

Led by Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors are already into a record breaking season and it doesn't need to end anytime soon. They broke the record for best start to an NBA regular season two games ago and tonight, they have a chance to do even more damage against the 7th place team in the Eastern Conference the Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets are 10-7 and do not look half bad when they are on and when they are at home. Tonight is one of those home games, and the Hornets have an 8-2 record at Time Warner Cable Arena. They will need all of the advantages they can get to stop the Warriors though, as this team looks like they could breeze through the whole season with very few losses. It will be interesting for Curry tonight, as Charlotte is the NBA MVP's home town. Surely a bitter sweet moment, but he won't mind getting another win under his belt. Curry has been unstoppable so far, and has found ways to make scoring bursts, which is the main reason they were able to beat the improving Jazz. Unfortunately for the Hornets, they will need to play without Al Jefferson, out for a couple of weeks after straining his calf. Jeremy Lin is also questionable for tonight still suffering from a sprained ankle. The Hornets will need huge games from Kemba Walker, Jeremy Lamb and Nicolas Batum if they are going to challenge the Warriors. Bet on 20-0 run Bet365 Sports is offering attractive wagering markets for tonight's game and it may come as no surprise that the Warriors are well out in front at 1.20. Punters that think their time is up and they are due for a loss will get sweet odds of 4.75 for a Hornets victory. Check out the live in play bets too and maximize NBA gambling profits.
The OCR Seal of Approval is reserved for the casinos that attain a rating of four stars or higher, have been on OCR for at least eight months, and which can stand up to rigorous auditing every three months. Well, the two latest sites to achieve the seal are PlayFrank Casino and Florijn Casino. Both have excelled in multiple areas and are all-round trustworthy casino sites. PlayFrank Casino PlayFrank is clear in its offering from the outset, letting players know that they can sample games from at least seven different software developers, including NetEnt, NYX, Play’n GO, and BetSoft. That diversity has enabled PlayFrank to provide video slots, roulette, blackjack, live dealer games, poker, card games, progressive jackpots, and more. Many of the games are also accessible on mobile devices, as PlayFrank has been designed to function on HTML5 browsers. This means that players can access games via their Android or Apple tablets and smartphones. Before all of that, players can sign up for the current welcome offer. Their first deposit can be made securely through the protection of highly advanced SSL encryption. Leading world payment methods like VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, and paysafecard are accepted. Florijn Casino Florijn Casino goes one better by partnering with eight different software developers, many of which are the same as PlayFrank, such as BetSoft and NetEnt. This will guarantee players access to slots like Mega Fortune and Pinocchio. Innovation is also strong at Florijn Casino, where players can use their HTML5 devices to play games on the go. Additionally, players can access live dealer games created for different types of blackjack, roulette, and casino hold’em. Players can also sign up for offers at Florijn Casino, and they are again protected by SSL encryption. Deposits can be made quickly and safely with iDeal, Skrill, and paysafecard, not to mention MasterCard and VISA.
The online gambling industry has grown to reach impressive figures but it all starts with a deposit at an online casino. This is how players can fund their accounts and then use the money to bet on their favorite games in order to win. Several payment methods were very popular in 2015 and there are plenty of good reasons for this. NETELLER NETELLER is easily one of the most popular deposit methods used by online casino players. The service is well known around the world as the company was launched in 1999 and expanded everywhere with its services. This e-wallet allows users to create an online account with NETELLER, fund it using different methods and use the funds for a variety of things with instant transfers, including depositing at online casinos. It is accepted by most of the big brands, like bet365 Casino and Rich Casino, and it is often times connected to additional promotional offers for even more benefits. Skrill The former Moneybookers has a lot of similarities to NETELLER as it is also an e-wallet service which can be used for quick payments once the account is done. Skrill keeps things simple and doesn’t have a lot of fees to worry about, something which helped make it so popular among online casino customers. The fact that it is accepted by the likes of Tivoli Casino and 7Regal Casino with instant processing and no fees on deposits certainly helped make the decision easier for the players. There are also withdrawal limits from Skrill which should be considered but cashing out from the casino to the web wallet is done just as easily as making the deposit. Visa While modern e-wallets have certainly made their mark on the online gambling industry around the world, the good old cards are not going away without a fight. Visa continues to be a top choice for making a deposit and this is mostly due to the fact that most people have a credit card or a debit card from the company. Its popularity makes it accepted almost everywhere and this is very convenient. Entering the required numbers at secure online casinos like Fruity Casa Casino and Jackpot City Casino only takes a couple of minutes and makes playing online as easy as it can be. MasterCard Similar to Visa, MasterCard benefits from the fact that most online players already have a card like this in their wallets and they don’t need to make any additional accounts or transfers before getting started. It is enough to select MasterCard on the casino, enter the required data which can be found on the card itself and everything will be processed right away. The payment limits are usually more than big enough to meet the requirements of most customers. With such simplicity, it is no wonder that MasterCard is a very popular payment method among online gamblers and it is accepted at Slotty Vegas Casino and Omni Slots Casino, just to mention a few top sites which also stood out this year.

According to a recent research done by Motivaction, more than 1.5 million people in the Netherlands gamble on the internet and this puts the figure ahead of the early predictions by far, making it a huge market. It is also important to note that the Netherlands does not currently have a regulated online gambling industry. Despite its ban on gambling on the internet, players easily have access to some of the biggest brands in the world, including the likes of Mr Green Casino, Tivoli Casino and Gaming Club Casino. A market worth €500 million The research also mentioned that the 1.5 million Dutch players spend about €500 million on online gambling options. Such figures would put the Netherlands in a great position were it to legalize online gambling since the demand is not only present but already being met to some extent. Not all players have great frequency and the results indicate that about 700,000 players only gamble a few times a year. The research was made for the only gambling company in the market, Holland Casino group, to highlight the potential for an online growth. Online gambling legalization in the Dutch market The current regulations are still pending and it is believed that the government will finally legalize online gambling in the Dutch market in 2017. There are still various subjects to be cleared out and it is now difficult to predict how many and which operators will actually receive licenses. Despite its current ban, quite a few websites licensed in overseas jurisdictions target the market and cater to Dutch players with a wide collection of games and services. It is believed that about 200 companies are interested in getting a license for the Netherlands that would allow them to offer their services in a regulated environment within the market. The current proposals will require the operators to contribute to a fund for helping gambling addicts.
