Pennsylvania is finally ready to make a move. After a budget stalemate that has lasted months, both Republican and Democratic officials are ready to move forward. And this means talking about online gambling. The stalemate came to an end when the House voted against Governor Tom Wolf’s proposed tax plan, which would have increased the state’s personal income tax from3.07% to 3.57%.
