Online Poker on Decline Specifically in the area of online poker, ARJEL reported a drop in virtual seats occupied by French players: There has been a decline of 54% percent in the number of online poker players in the country since February 2012 when it peaked. Earlier this year, ARJEL reported a €17.3 million decline in online poker revenues in France, when compared between Q3 and Q4 2014.
